Dan’s holistic approach to Wellness Coaching derives from his continuing education and substantial skill and experience in facilitating positive measurable change in his clients' lives. Dan has been a full time or contracted professional coach since 1995. Being employed in various roles including Sports Coach, Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nutritionist, Stress Management Coach and Lifestyle Coach; All before becoming a freelance Trainer/Coach and setting up this consultancy in 2002. 

His clients have included doctors, athletes, directors, stock-brokers, lawyers and those who work in the entertainment industry. In addition, Dan has also developed and taught programs for therapists to help their own clients. Dan's fitness & wellness advice has featured in a daily column for London Lite newspaper and in numerous articles and features in the national press.
