  1. Drink a pint of water as soon as you wake up and before every meal.
  2. Do 20 press ups when you wake up – it will put you in athlete mode so when you get to work you’ll eat better!
  3. Do 100 Squats a day – the best fat burning exercise there is.
  4. Reduce your carbs at night – so your body will burn off fat when you sleep not you evening meal!
  5. Have a written plan – losing 2 pounds per week is a realistic plan
