Group Training / Bootcamps

Fitness & Well-Being Open Days

We can old exclusive fitness classes outside in Hyde park, Regents Park, Green park, Holland Park, St James Park, Lincolns Inn, Kensington Gardens or indoors in one of your spare boardrooms. Our classes last 50 minutes and cost £10 each. The minimum number is 6 participants maximum is 10. One of our Elite Trainers will lead the class. We offer group classes in the following:

- Abs & Core
- Boot camp Circuit Training
- Yoga & Pilates
- Running club – (Beginners to Advanced)

We can offer our expertise through our on-site 60 minute nutrition, fitness and well-being open days. Our ‘Open days’ consist of 15 minute advice sessions with some or all of our team. We come to you, all we need is desk or an empty boardroom. Open days usually last a few hours and we see your team/employees one at a time at pre-determined 15 minute time slots. We offer advice any area of nutrition, fitness and well-being. Common questions we can give expert answers too are:
