Dan and his team are well qualified in all areas of fitness, however training women is Dan’s own particular area of expertise. His current/recent private clients include some of Hollywood’s most talented and well-known actresses, two princesses, several professional athletes and hundreds of real women wanting real results. In 2012 Dan Roberts Training formed an exciting new partnership with one of the most renowned fashion agencies in Europe (TESS), this is due to our holistic training philosophies and track record of success with some extremely high profile women. Dan was also a Personal Trainer & Nutritional advisor to Bikini models at ELITE Brazil (while he was living in Rio de Janerio 2008/9).

Dan is the ‘Gym Tips’ columnist and a features writer for Women’s Running magazine, and is a frequently interviewed female body transformation & fitness expert in the national media. You can regularly find him quoted in Red, Top Santé, Health & Fitness, Bella, Woman, Zest and Women’s Fitness. He is also currently co-writing a guidebook about female body confidence.

Dan Roberts oversees all programmes and training. Our small team have been fully trained up in his methods and share his training philosophy. We address your lifestyle, nutrition and exercise as well as the psychology of successful weight loss and fitness training. We are very holistic, though that doesn’t mean training will be easy!

Depending on your goals, sessions may involve Self-defense, Kettlebells, Yoga, Weights, Free Running, Boxing, Pilates, Posture Training and much much more. Your nutrition is just as important as training, we can help with this directly or via our association with leading Nutritionists and Dietitians in London. Hiring one of our Personal Trainers in London - FAQ's

What does the Personal Training cost include?
Dan or one of his trainers will coach you at agreed times in helping you achieve the results you want. Nutritional coaching and new workout programs will be given as homework for the days you train without us. The reason you will get such great results is because we cover all the angles and supports in every step of the way. Results are always 100% guaranteed. Dan oversees all training. We try to work as team to help you reach your goals. There is a small extra coast for the use of gyms (when training with an Elite Trainer).  Please click here for our Price List.

How about nutrition?
We can coach you on all the fundamentals of healthy eating and sports nutrition, giving you diet plans and if necessary supplement plans to follow. For more advanced help Dan works closely with a sports nutritionists, dietitians and an award-winning gourmet food delivery company.

How often do I need to work with you?
A minimum of three sessions a week is recommended. Frequency and scheduling is discussed during the consultation process.

Can I pick my Personal Trainer?
Of course. Dan meets all potential new clients personally. Then if we decide to work with you and you decide to work with us! we will discuss which trainer or combination of trainer will work best for you. Dan likes to do as much Personal Training as possible, but training with him personally is often subject to a waiting list.

Where can we train?
We train clients at your home in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Mayfair, Westminster, Chelsea, Hampstead, and outside in Regents Park, Green, Park, Kensington gardens, Hyde Park, Battersea Park, Holland Park, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and at a selection of private gyms in London. We use an exclusive private gym in Covent Garden a semi-private luxury studio near Harley street, a private gym in Westminster and a boxing  gym in the east end.

What if I need to cancel a session?
24 hours notice is needed or the full session cost will be taken. If a block is refunded then the cost of one extra session will be charged.

How do I pay?
Once we have accepted you as a client, you can pay via cash, bank transfer or PayPal. Sessions and packages are always paid for in advance. A popular option is to set up an account (a minimum of £2000 initial deposit and we will inform you when it needs topping up.) Only when a Film studio/Production company or an Agency is paying will we accept invoiced payments.
