Our Elite Trainers: Dan has assembled a very small team of expert coaches/trainer that work with him in coaching his clients. All our Personal Trainers have been through the ‘Dan Roberts Elite Training System’ which takes months of study. His Trainers also adhere to Dan’s high standards of professionalism and discretion. Starting at £65 per hour, we have different price levels of trainer due to their different levels of experience and success prior to working for Dan. During your free consultation Dan will discuss the various trainers and packages we have to best help you. We sometimes recommend working with a couple of trainers in specially designed packages – such as our Regular Training Programme. Whichever package you from us, Dan  fully involved in all aspects of your training, nutrition and homework. In this way he can personally guarantee high quality service and optimal results.

 

Regular Training Programme: As noted, we are a small company of a few hand picked Elite Personal Trainers. We are flexible to suit your needs and often develop packages that suit you best. A popular Personal Training option is our ‘Regular Training Programme.’ In this programme, you train with us 3 times per week, with Dan and one of our Elite Trainers sharing training sessions with you. Each Session lasts 65-75 minutes. You also get emailed ‘homework’ and regular nutritional coaching. We also do a ‘mini monthly assessment’ session to make sure you are on track to reach your goals. All private gym hire fees and travel to you home or park (zone’s 1-2) are included in our £300 per week fees. The minimum length of the programme is 8 weeks.

 

FAQ's about Personal Training with us

Do I get to pick the trainer I work with?
Of course! Dan Roberts personally conducts all consultations. During the consultation Dan will discuss different options with you (including himself, if he has availability) If you decide to hire one of our EPT’s (Elite Personal Trainers); Dan will still co-write every single training plan, homework and oversee your progress to ensure optimal results and training standards. We want you to feel like all of us are there to support, motivate and help you achieve your goals.

What does the Personal Training cost include?
Our expertise at agreed times in helping you achieve the results you want. Nutritional coaching and new workout programs will be given as homework for the days you train without us. The reason you will get such great results is because we personally covers all the angles and supports in every step of the way. Results are always 100% guaranteed. The use of gyms costs an additional £20 per session.

How about nutrition?
We can coach you on all the fundamentals of healthy eating and sports nutrition, giving you diet plans and if necessary supplement plans to follow. For more advanced help Dan works closely with a leading sports nutritionist,  a top dietitian and an award winning gourmet food delivery company.

How often do I need to work with a Trainer?
A minimum of three sessions a week is recommended. Frequency and scheduling is discussed during the consultation process.

Where can we train?
We train clients at your home in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Mayfair, Westminster, Chelsea, Hampstead, and outside in Regents Park, Green, Park, Kensington gardens, Hyde Park, Battersea Park, Holland Park, Hamspstead Heath, Primrose Hill and at a selection of private gyms in London. We use an exclusive private gym in Covent Garden a semi-private luxury studio near Harley street, a private gym in Westminster and a boxing  gym in the east end.

What if I need to cancel a session?
24 hours notice is needed or the full session cost will be taken. If a block is refunded then the cost of one extra session will be charged. If you are on our Regular Training Programme – and you cancel a session with notice then we will just add that session on to the end of the Programme.

How do I pay?
Once we have accepted you as a client, you can pay via cash, bank transfer or Paypal. Sessions  and packages are always paid for in advance. A popular option is to set up an account (A minimum of  £2000 initial deposit and we will inform you when it needs topping up.) Only when large a company or production company/studio is paying will we accept invoiced payments.
