The ultimate Beach Body Boot camp

Sculpt and tone your body with an intensive programme of 6 hours of training a day with a fresh, clean low-calorie diet. Activities include beach running, swimming, kayaking, Tennis, Cycling, Boxing, Pilates, Kettlebells and more. This is for those of you needing to tone up and lose weight in a fun, quick, varied, scientific and intensive way.

 

 

The Red Carpet Daily Training Schedule

  • Day 1- Functionally Fit. The first morning is spent doing a range of functional movement and fitness assessments. After lunch the hard work really begins – we hit the gym and hit the beach for intense circuit training. After dinner we will go for a long slow run and yoga session
  • Day 2 – Combat Training & Conditioning. Today we dip onto the world of combat sports and do we teach you boxing and you experience proper boxing conditioning, we train you like a fighter for the day, think ‘Million Dollar Baby’, or ‘Rocky Balboa’. Combat training is tough but a ton of fun. Expect little rests and lots of action! At night we hire bicycles and go for a 10k interval or cross-country bike ride (depending on location)
  • Day 3 – Endurance Athlete Day. So yesterday your were a fighter, today you are an endurance athlete. We start by doing an epic run in the morning. Hate running? Deal with it! After we get to 10k, the intervals will start, involving sprinting into the water, swimming to markers only using one hand… we will be doing all kinds of fun and crazy drills on our private stretch of beach. At 4pm we will do a Pilates session to give the bigger muscles a rest and focus on your Core. At night, you are free to explore, get some treatments, or we can take on you an evening power walk next to the beach.
  • Day 4 – Kettlebells & Medicine Balls. Today we will focus on your upper body and core. Doing three sets of 2 hour workouts spread throughout the day. You will mainly be doing resistance and power based workouts in the gym/private studio so not only we you get more toned, strong, firm and sculpted, you will also feel more powerful.
  • Day 5 – Kicking, Viper Belts and Sprint Training. Today will be your hardest day. Leg training all day. We start by doing some sprint technique training and plyometrics (bounding) then we move on to resisted sprints and lunges using a bungee cord (Viper belt) Then once your legs are knackered we teach you 3 different knee strikes, 3 types of kick (taken from the world of cage fighting) You will barely be able to walk by the time you finish. So at 5pm we will do some flexibility work on you and then you can go for a sports massage. In the Evening – you rest!
  • Day 6 – Sports. We play sport in the morning (Volleyball, Tennis or Frisbee) then in the afternoon you will do our Extreme triathlon. So, swimming, Running and Cycling. The distance is dependent on your ability. It will be tough, you probably won’t like it but it’s’ a fitting finish to an extreme week of conditioning, toning and sculpting.
  • Day 7 – Gym. Final session. – A 2 hour PT session where we do a range of exercises depending on your weak areas. It may be weight training, It may be kickboxing, Cardio, Agility or Yoga. This we will decide while you’re there.


Nutritional Plan

You will be on a strict low-calorie diet – Whichever location you choose (Miami, LA, Rio or Marrakesh) you will have a choice of restaurants both at the hotel and within walking distance to your hotel. You will be provided with menu options from each of these. Your optimal protein, carbohydrate, fat, salt, vitamin and antioxidant levels will be taken into account. You will also be given daily sports supplements and taught the why’s, what’s and when’s of sports nutrition, hydration and supplementation.

In order to help you cost your trip with us – below displays the full cost of coaching for the week. (1) denotes the total coaching cost for one person , (2) denotes the total coaching cost of 2 people.

  • Option 1 – An Elite Coach (1) £4,500, (2) £5,000 – Pick one of our experienced Elite Coaches – trained up by Dan.
  • Option 2 – Dan Roberts (1) £7000, (2) £8,000  – Subject to his availability.
