The Zen-Athlete Holiday
A Body & Mind Boot camp
An open mind and a pair of trainers is all you need. You will learn and be coached through a range of skills including Hatha Yoga, Martial Arts, NLP, Meditation, Pilates, Co-ordination, Balance and movement Training. This holiday focuses on teaching you about your body, your mind and the relationship between the two.

The ‘Zen-Athlete’ Daily Training Schedule
- Day 1 – Flexibility and Strength. We start at sunrise for a hatha yoga session and a long beach run. during the run we shall discuss the different types of activities that lie in store for you. there are 4 x 90 minute sessions spread throughout the day. The morning will be strength work, we will discuss the importance, the theories and benefits while going through a range of bodyweight and weights exercises. After lunch the afternoons sessions we do more flexibility. (using PNF, Dynamic and other systems) More weight training will follow.
- Day 2 – Movement. There will be 7 hours of instruction today – you will learn all about movement and functional training. From using swiss balls, agility training, to tai chi and other soft martial arts you will be coached through comprehensive program to help you understand and move correctly and more freely. This is a very challenging day as you’ll be doing exercises and drills your body has never done before!
- Day 3 – Nutrition, Meditation and NLP. Today is all about learning new skills. Sports and Health Nutrition, Life Coaching/NLP and Meditation.
- Day 4 – Getting in the zone. Today you will be treated like an athlete. You will be pushed hard through circuit training, running, boxing and weights. We will get you right to your limit. and you not only understand but feel the connection to yesterdays NLP and Meditation master classes. we finish at 3pm. you are free to relax and enjoy the pool or local area. We will be happy to accompany you and show you around. Maybe hire bikes, go kayaking, Surfing or play Tennis. Your options depend upon the chosen location.
- Day 5 – Core & Balance Training. The first session will be mental balance – where we do several life coaching/NLP exercises looking at how much balance you have in your life and what areas you can improve. This thought-provoking and personal session isn’t about us telling you how to live, far from it. We will help you ask yourself the right questions. The answers are up to you! The 2nd part of your day will be spent learning about physical balance. We will do a range of kinesthetic awareness drills, corrective exercise, plyometrics, Pilates and weight training that help your body feel more secure and stable when moving.
- Day 6 – Eastern vs Western training. The morning will be spent doing traditional yoga and Muay Thai. The afternoon will be spent doing Functional weight lifting and corrective exercise. you will see a huge contacts in booth the way activities are taught as we will stick to traditional protocols for yoga and Muay Thai. Our goal of today is to prove to you that your body wants to move and no system is better than another. As long as we are moving and thinking then its all good!
- Day 7 – Final session. Yoga and Beach run and using NLP we will help you set up some new fitness and well-being goals. We finish at 12pm.
Your Nutritional Plan
You will be on a strict diet – Whichever location you choose (Miami, LA, Rio or Marrakesh) you will have a choice of restaurants both at the hotel and within walking distance to your hotel. You will be provided with menu options from each of these. Your optimal protein, carbohydrate, fat, salt, vitamin and antioxidant levels will be taken into account. You will also be given daily sports supplements and taught the why’s, what’s and when’s of sports nutrition, hydration and supplementation

To help you price it…below displays the full cost of coaching for the week. (1) denotes the total coaching cost for one person , (2) denotes the total coaching cost of 2 people.
